Simple Manuka Honey Skin Care Recipes

Honey Toner with Cucumber
- 1 cucumber
- 2 teaspoons honey
Puree the cucumber in a blender, strain and collect the juice
Add 2 teaspoons of honey and mix.
Pour the mixture into a bottle. Apply on your face and neck area in the morning and at night. Air dry it and rinse clean. Store the bottle covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Honey Face Mask with Apple
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon honey
In a blender or food processor, combine 1 roughly chopped apple with a tablespoon of honey and pulse until smooth.
Apply mixture to face and allow it to stay for on for 15 minutes, then rinse.
Honey and Lavender Oil
- pure lavender essential oil
Place one teaspoon of honey on the tips of your fingers and add one drop of essential oil to the honey. Rub the honey on your fingertips to warm the honey, then rub the honey mixture onto your dry face.
Let the honey sit on your face for a few minutes, then rinse off with warm water.

Almond Honey Face Lotion
- 1 table spoon of Sweet almond oil
- 1 tablespoon of Manuka honey
Blend the Manuka Honey and Almond oil together. This simple lotion should be applied to your face only after you face has been thoroughly cleansed. Let the lotion sit on your face for about half an hour and then remove your lotion with a soft cloth and warm water.
Apply milk astringent to close the pores and tone the skin.
Honey Hand Scrub
- 3 table spoons of finely ground cornmeal
- 1 table spoon of cornstarch
- 2 table spoons of manuka honey
Blend your cornmeal and cornstarch and then add your honey. Use this special mixture as you would with any hand soap. This honey hand scrub will cleanse and soften your skin, for smooth hands.
Softening Honey Facial
- 1/4 table spoon of apple cidar or vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 table spoon of manuka honey
Beat this mixture well and spread liberally over your face. Leave for about 15 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.

- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 1 egg white
Beat all the ingredients together. When mixture is ready apply to a clean face and neck. Leave the honey facial balm on for about 30 minutes and when your mixture feels like it is getting brittle then wash your face and neck with lukewarm water.
